REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ocean Gratitude we pride ourselves on the presentation and quality of our products, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
We take the utmost care to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged during transit or is incorrect please email our customer service team email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods including photos of the damage / incorrect item and we will organise a replacement / refund for you.
All refunds for orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
All claims for damage / incorrect hampers must include photo evidence or notification from the courier of the damage.
Ocean Gratitude works in partnership with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service and sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control that impact delivery times. Ocean Gratitude will not provide compensation for deliveries that are not made by the expected date.
If a product is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value.
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been prepared.
PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL
It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order and the person receiving the order is aged over 18.
When placing an order containing alcohol, you are confirming that you are aged over 18 years.
